LINDSAY Fox's former family home €” before he made t'raks to Toorak €” has hit the market €” again. The distinctive art deco Phoenix Fairhaven mansion, at 1 Redcourt Avenue, Armadale, was reportedly the last house lived in by the trucking magnate before he started buying and selling in Toorak (eventually trading up to the Eulinya estate on Albany Road).Phoenix Fairhaven is being offloaded by an American-born businessman, according to Marshall White Armadale selling agent Mark Williams, who is marketing the house for private sale at $3.1 million.
